Standards used
This website has been built in accordance with the W3 standards, both in XHTML and in CSS. It conforms to the Double-A directives, in accordance with WAI guidelines and their Spanish equivalent published as a UNE norm.
XHTML 1.0 strict valid
CSS valid, mostly using CSS 2.1 and some CSS3 options for aesthetic improvements in browsers that support them, while not preventing correct display in browsers that, because of design or expiry, cannot interpret them.
Accesskeys
The following accesskeys have been assigned:
- c - Jump to content
- m - Jump to menu
- a - Information about accessibility and usability
- w - Site map
How to use the accesskeys
Access via keys varies according to the browser; consult the instructions for the software that you use. However, the most common options are:
- Internet Explorer 5 or later (Windows): Press ALT and the relevant accesskey release both keys and press ENTER.
- Firefox, Mozilla and Netscape 7+ (Windows): Press ALT and the relevant accesskey.
- Firefox, Mozilla y Netscape 7+ (Mac OS X): Press CTRL and the relevant accesskey
- Safari and Omniweb (Mac OS X): Press CTRL and the relevant accesskey
- Konqueror (Linux): Press and release CTRL and then press the relevant accesskey.
- Internet Explorer 4 (Windows): Press ALT and the relevant accesskey. .
- Internet Explorer 5+ (Mac): Press CTRL and the relevant accesskey.
- Internet Explorer 4.5 (Mac): Accesskeys not supported; please use another browser.
- Netscape 6 and earlier (All platforms): Accesskeys not supported; please use another browser.
Font size
The font sizes are all defined proportionally in a way that enables the font size to be increased or reduced to a size that is comfortable to read.
How to change the font size
The way of changing the font size varies according to the browser you are using. Please consult your browser HELP..
However, most modern browsers use the following:
- CTRL + +: Increase font size
- CTRL + -: Decrease font size
- CTRL + 0: Return to original size
